These classes focus on refining technique, increasing strength, and pushing the boundaries of flexibility and agility.
Advanced students will learn more complex aerial silks and lyra routines, incorporating intricate moves, dynamic drops, and partner acrobatics.
These classes also will challenge students mentally, fostering creativity, problem-solving, and the ability to overcome physical and mental obstacles. *Classes with limited spots
